Make a Payment

  1.  In order to secure your appointment, a $1030 anesthesia fee is required prior to your appointment date.

  2. If you fail to appear at the time of your appointment or do not correctly follow the NPO guidelines provided by your anesthesia provider without 24 hours notice, we may work with you to reschedule your appointment, refund the anesthesia procedure fee, or decide that the anesthesia fee will be forfeited. The decision is at the sole discretion of your scheduled anesthesia provider.

  3. Mile High Dental Anesthesia accepts credit cards, care credit or cash. We do not accept checks.

  4. All cash payments will be accepted at the time of the appointment. If you indicate a cash payment, we will still require a credit card on file to secure your appointment.
